Current Opportunities

We are currently hiring for multiple positions across various levels of expertise. Below is a brief overview of the roles we are looking to fill, including EPC.  

Project Manager  – Energy Solutions (Cost Control Division)

Role Summary:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and cost control aspects of energy transition projects. This role is critical in ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the specified quality standards. You will lead the project controls team, working closely with project managers and other stakeholders to provide timely and accurate project performance data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project controls processes, including planning, scheduling, and cost management.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks or deviations from the plan.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
  • Provide guidance and training to project teams on project controls processes.
  • Facilitate regular project control reviews with stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely corrective actions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project controls, with at least 5 years in an energy transition context.
  • Strong expertise in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and cost management systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Understanding of PMI (Project Management Institute) standards and the PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) to guide best practices in project planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. Knowledge of IPMA (International Project Management Association) standards for project management competence and leadership in international EPC projects.
  • Expertise in using tools like @Risk or Palisade for risk analysis and modeling, particularly for identifying and mitigating risks related to cost overruns, schedule delays, and regulatory changes in energy transition projects.
