Current Opportunities

We are currently hiring for multiple positions across various levels of expertise. Below is a brief overview of the roles we are looking to fill, including (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) functions that are critical to our operations:

Planner – Energy Solutions (Cost Control Division)

Role Summary:

As a Planner, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed project schedules for energy transition projects. You will work closely with project teams to ensure that timelines are met and project milestones are achieved. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential delays and coordinating with various stakeholders to keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
  • Monitor project progress and report on any delays or issues.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure all tasks are aligned and resources are allocated effectively.
  • Identify and mitigate potential scheduling conflicts or delays.
  • Assist in the preparation of project status reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning or scheduling within the energy sector.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Primavera Risk Analysis (PRA), Asta Powerproject,  ).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with FIDIC, NEC, and JCT contract standards, with a focus on compliance with contract deadlines, budget controls, and legal terms for cross-border EPC projects in energy transition sectors.
  • Familiarity with tools like HOMER for microgrid design, or RETScreen for energy efficiency modelling.
  • Adherence to APM (Association for Project Management) standards, which set out best practices for scheduling and project controls.Knowledge of ISO 21500 (Project Management) and ISO 31000 (Risk Management) to integrate international standards in planning and risk mitigation.
