We are currently hiring for multiple positions across various levels of expertise. Below is a brief overview of the roles we are looking to fill, including EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) functions that are critical to our operations:

HSE Manager – Energy Solutions

Role Summary:

As an HSE Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental standards are upheld throughout the execution of energy transition projects. This role is key to promoting a safety culture on-site and ensuring that all regulations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures across projects.
  • Monitor construction sites to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, providing guidance on corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with site managers and contractors to develop risk assessments and safety plans.
  • Provide training and promote safety awareness among project teams.

Qualifications and Skills such as:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE management, with a focus on EPC projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and risk management processes.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage teams on safety protocols.
  • Proficiency in safety management software and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of EU regulations related to occupational health and safety, such as the European Framework Directive 89/391/EEC on safety and health at work. Plus knowledge of REACH, EMAS (Eco-Management and Audit Scheme),
  • Understanding of EMAS (Eco-Management and Audit Scheme) for environmental management, especially in energy projects aiming for sustainability plus Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and Social Impact Assessments (SIA).
  • Familiarity with green building certifications like BREEAM, LEED, and DGNB.
  • Adherence to ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards and ISO 31000 (Risk Management).
  • Experience with Risk Assessment Software (e.g., BowTieXP, HAZOP, TRIR), particularly in identifying and mitigating hazards in complex energy transition projects.
