We are currently hiring for multiple positions across various levels of expertise. Below is a brief overview of the roles we are looking to fill, including EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) functions that are critical to our operations:

E&I (Electrical & Instrumentation) Site Supervisor – Energy Solutions

Role Summary:

As an E&I (Electrical & Instrumentation) Site Supervisor, you will oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems on-site for energy transition projects. You will ensure that all electrical and instrumentation work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, in line with project specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the installation and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems at project sites.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and quality control procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and support to on-site teams during project execution.
• Monitor and report on the progress of electrical and instrumentation work, ensuring adherence to project schedules.
• Identify and resolve any site issues related to electrical or instrumentation systems.
• Liaise with project managers and engineers to ensure alignment with overall project goals and timelines.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure all electrical and instrumentation work is completed to industry standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Trade qualifications or diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a site supervisory role in the energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems, installation, and commissioning.
• Experience in managing site teams and ensuring high safety and quality standards.
• Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of EN 60204 (Safety of machinery – Electrical equipment of machines), EN 61508 (Functional safety of electrical, electronic, and programmable electronic safety-related systems), and other EU electrical standards.
• Familiarity with ATEX (Atmosphères Explosibles) regulations for installations in hazardous areas, ensuring compliance with Directive 2014/34/EU for electrical equipment used in explosive atmospheres.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 &  ISO 14001 for quality management systems.
