We are currently hiring for multiple positions across various levels of expertise. Below is a brief overview of the roles we are looking to fill, including EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) functions that are critical to our operations:

Supply Chain Manager – Energy Solutions

Role Summary:

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement and logistics functions of energy transition projects. Your role will ensure that materials, equipment, and services are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget to support project success. You will manage the flow of goods and services from suppliers to the project site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies for energy transition projects.
  • Oversee procurement, inventory management, and logistics for all project-related materials and equipment.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor and track supply chain performance, addressing any delays or issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with all supply chain regulations and sustainability goals.
  • Prepare and manage supply chain budgets and forecasts.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management within the energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle). SAP S/4HANA, Oracle NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 for end-to-end supply chain management.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of EU Procurement Directives and international trade regulations, including compliance with Directive 2014/24/EU on public procurement and Directive 2014/25/EU for utilities.
  • Awareness of compliance with anti-dumping laws, tariffs, and import/export restrictions within and outside the EU.
  • Knowledge of REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation, and Restriction of Chemicals) and RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) directives to ensure compliant procurement of materials and components.
  • Knowledge of ISO 20400 (Sustainable Procurement Standards) to integrate sustainability into supply chain processes.
